Keep your account in your hands
Choose how you sign in, add extra protection, and find your way back if you get locked out.
Manage sign-in
Open Settings → Sign-in & security to review your sign-in methods, contact email, and two-factor authentication. Sensitive changes may ask you to sign in again.
Connecting Google keeps your existing OZZI account and work. Your Google and OZZI email addresses must match.
Add a second check
An authenticator app adds a code when you sign in. Email codes are another option. Keep recovery codes somewhere private so you have a way back if your authenticator is unavailable.
Security changes can sign out other sessions and revoke agent connections. Reconnect your agent when you’re ready to keep building.
Need to get back in?
Use account recovery if you forget an adult account’s password. For a young builder, the parent can recover their login from Family.
If a confirmation email is missing, check spam and use the newest message. Never send passwords or recovery codes to support.
