A game won’t start

Check your connection and choose Retry if it appears. Check the game’s supported devices and controls. A shared link may point to a private game or one that is currently unavailable.

Your progress is missing

Guest progress lasts for the current run. Sign in before playing to keep progress in games that support saving.

If you were signed in, check that you are using the same account and that the game acknowledged the save. Private builder previews keep separate test progress.

Your score isn’t showing

Scores need a signed-in account and a game that supports them. Public leaderboards also depend on the game’s audience and, for young builders, parent permissions.

Tell us what went wrong

Use Report a problem beside the game’s player controls. Include what you tried, what happened, and your device and controls. Leave out passwords and private account details.
